βOK let's get to the good bit...
Step 1: Make sure you have enabled SMS messages in your membermeister account. (If they're already enabled skip to step 2)
Log into your membermeister account then click your name in the top right corner
Select 'Account Settings'
Scroll down to the section named 'SMS messages' and click the button 'Enable SMS messages'
On the next page you'll be asked to add a 'Sender Name'. Add your company name here, then click 'Enable SMS messages'.
Step 2: Sending SMS reminders
From the main dashboard in your membermeister account, select the 'Invoices' tab then navigate to the 'Overview' page.
1 Use the 'Show' filter to select only 'Overdue' invoices
2 Click the small box at the top to select them all
3 Click the 'remind button' to view your options
Step 3: Configure your reminder messages
You'll see the pop-up box below with 3 different tabs so you can select whether you send an email and an sms, just an email or just an sms.
For the email you can write the message, for sms there is a pre-written message with a link to the invoice
Select your message type and then click 'Send text'
Your customer will receive the reminder and (hopefully) pay the invoice there and then.
