Here’s a step-by-step guide:
Access Notification Settings
Go to the Classes tab and select Bookings.
Click on Settings.
Select Notifications on the left-hand side.
You will then see a Customise link under each email header on the right.
Booking Confirmation Email
✅ This email is sent immediately after a booking is made.
✅ The system provides a default email template that includes booking details.
✅ You can add additional Information to this email using the provided text editor.
This is useful for including:
Terms and conditions
What to wear
Instructions for the day of the booking
✅ The text editor allows for formatting options such as bold, italics, underlining, bullet points, and numbered lists.
To customise this email simply type the text you want to add to the booking confirmation email and click Save changes.
Trial Notifications
✅ There are three trial notification emails that are sent out by the system that can also be customised using the method above:
Trial Reminder: This is sent 24 hours before the first booked trial session.
First Trial Follow-up: This is sent immediately after the first trial.
Second Trial Follow-up: This email is sent 3 days after the trial, if no booking has been made.
