Note: The terminology in this article may differ from what you see in your account, as labels such as Class, Term, and Session can be customised under Account Settings.
Select Classes > New Class to go to the New Class page.
2. Choose whether your class is in-person or online.
Leave this set to No if it’s an in-person class.
Change it to Yes for an online class held via software like Zoom or Skype.

3. Complete the Details section:
Fill in your Class name and Price.
You can choose between:
Per-session pricing (e.g. £6 per session)
Per-class or term pricing (e.g. £60 flat for the whole term)
Tip: If you select per-session pricing, membermeister will automatically calculate the correct fee during your invoice run by multiplying the per-session rate by the number of active sessions or weeks.
You can also:
Add Location information
Choose a Class colour (this will appear on your calendar)
Add Students — or you can do this later
4. Complete the Schedule section:
Set the Start date, Start and end times, and Number of weeks.
Note: Be sure to include the session that takes place on the start date when counting your total number of weeks.
If your class doesn’t follow a regular pattern, select Custom schedule instead.

5. When you’re ready, click Create class to save it.
Managing sessions after creating a class
Delete a session
Click the session you want to delete on the timeline.
Select Delete.
Add a session
Click More...
Select Add session.
