You can ask us for receipts for any payments you've made for your membermeister subscription, and we can also send you a receipt automatically every time you pay in future. Just contact us and we'll set it up.

Good to know
We collect your membermeister subscription by Direct Debit through GoCardless, either monthly or annually.
Receipts are sent to the email address on the GoCardless account your payments come from. If you'd like them sent somewhere else, tell us the new email address when you get in touch.
The GoCardless dashboard only shows invoices for GoCardless's own transaction fees. It doesn't have receipts for your membermeister subscription, so ask us for those instead.
How to request your receipts
Click Get Support in your membermeister account, or email [email protected].
Say which payments you need receipts for, for example a particular month or the last year.
Let us know if you'd also like automatic receipts for future payments, and which email address they should go to.
