How to share a link to your booking page with filters already applied

Create a booking page link that shows only the classes you choose, such as a year group or genre, and use it on a website button.

You can share a link to your booking page that already shows only certain classes by choosing filters or searching and copying the link from your browser's address bar.

For: team members who share their booking page link on a website, email or social media.

Good to know

  • The booking page itself can't be embedded inside your own website, so use a button or link that opens it. To show your timetable on your website, use the timetable widget instead: see Add your membermeister timetable to your website.

  • The address bar link updates every time you change a filter or the search.

  • The search looks at the class name, the class description, the day of the week and the location.

Step 1: Open your booking page

  1. Select the arrow next to your name in the top right corner.

  2. Select Booking Settings.

  3. Find the Booking page link field and open the link.

Step 2: Apply the filters or search

  1. Type a word or phrase into the Search box, for example Grade 3.

Include the words you want in your class names so they can be found. If you search for several words, classes that match any one of them are shown. To search for an exact phrase, put it in double quotes. You can also use filters at this stage, as well as or instead of search text.

2. Check that the timetable shows only the classes you want.

Step 3: Copy the link

  1. Copy the link from your browser's address bar. It now includes your filters.

  1. Paste it into your website button, email or social media post.

Anyone who opens that link sees the booking page with the same filters already applied. They can still change the filters themselves.

Tips

  • Make one link per group. For example, create a separate link for each year group and test each one in a private browser window.

  • Re-check after renaming classes. If you rename a class, test the link again.
