To collect extra details after someone books online, switch on the post-purchase form. membermeister then adds a button to the booking confirmation email, and the answers go straight onto the customer's profile.
For: team members with Full access.
Good to know
Why a separate form? The booking form is kept short on purpose, so fewer customers give up at checkout. The post-purchase form collects everything else once the booking is made.
Required fields must be filled in before the customer can submit the post-purchase form. They have already booked by then.
Reminders are automatic. If the customer hasn't sent their details within 24 hours, membermeister emails them a reminder.
Trial bookings use it too. Customers who book a trial through your booking page get the post-purchase form, not your main registration form.
Step 1: Switch on the post-purchase form
Select Classes at the top of the screen, then select Bookings.
Select Settings.
Select the Post purchase tab.
Switch Collect additional customer details to On.
Select Save settings.
Step 2: Choose the fields to collect
Under Form fields, select Edit form.

2. Drag the fields you want from Available fields on the left into the form in the middle. Fields are grouped as Standard fields, Custom fields and Consent fields.
3. Switch on Required for each field customers must answer.
4. When finished, select Save changes.
Check who hasn't sent their details
Select Classes, then select Bookings.
Look at Recent bookings. A booking with an orange clipboard icon (Post-purchase form incomplete) hasn't sent the form yet. Select Show all to see more than the most recent bookings.
Select the booking number to open the booking.
Under Additional details required, select Resend email to form.
