Some email delivery issues are caused by spam filters which wrongly classifies an innocent email as spam. Often this can be circumvented by adding the sender email and/or sender domain to the safe senders list.
Here's how you would do this for the most commonly used email providers:
BT Internet and BT Openworld:
1. Sign in to your BT account from a desktop/laptop computer.
2. From the Settings tab, select the Safe-senders folder
3. Select on the Add button
4. Enter [email protected] in the email address field field
5. Click Save
Outlook:
For Outlook 2013 onwards:
In Outlook, go to the Home tab.
Click Junk > Junk Email Options.
Select the Safe Senders tab and click Add.In the Add address or domain box, enter @membermeister.com
Click OK and close the window.
For Outlook 2010:
In Outlook, go to the Home tab.
Click the Junk button.
Choose "Junk E-Mail Options" from the drop-down list.
Go to the Safe Senders tab.
Click Add...
Type in @membermeister.com
Click OK.
Click Apply.
For Outlook 2003, 2007 and Express
Select Actions from the toolbar at the top of the screen.
Select Junk E-mail.
Select Junk E-mail Options...
Click the Safe Sender tab.
Click Add.
Type in @membermeister.com or [email protected] to add it to your safe sender list.
Click OK.
Hotmail/Live
Open your Hotmail account.
Click "Options". This is located at the top right part of your screen (below your email address).
Click "Safe and blocked sender" under "Junk e-mail".
Click "Safe senders"
Enter "[email protected]".
Click "Add to list".
Yahoo
In Yahoo Mail, your Contacts list is your whitelist. To add the From Address to your Yahoo Contacts:
Open your Yahoo mailbox and click the address book icon in the right-side panel. When you roll your mouse over it, it will say Contacts
Click "Add a New Contact."
Fill in the fields of your Contact, using [email protected] as the address.
Click Save.
MSN
Select Settings: Email > Junk e-mail (this can be found in the bottom left-hand corner, just above Calendar).
From the E-mail settings screen, select Junk E-mail Guard.
Select Safe List.
Type @membermeister.com to whitelist the domain
Select Add.
Gmail
Click the Google Apps symbol in the upper right-hand corner and then click the Contacts block.
Click Create Contact.
Enter the email address [email protected]
Select Save.
Mail.com
Click on Settings.
Select Allowlist.
Enter 'membermeister.com' into the E-mail/domains field.
Click on Save.
