4. You will then see the following screen. Enter the email address that you registered with and click ‘Send reset instructions’. 

5. We will email you with instructions about how to reset your password. Check your spam folder if you haven’t received the email.

6. If you still haven’t received your password, click ‘Didn’t receive unlock instructions?’.  

7. You will then see the following screen. Enter the email address that you registered with and click ‘Resend’.
