Do you ask your customers to let you know if they or they children are unable to attend a specific week of your classes?  This could be due to illness, holiday, school trip etc

You have the ability to add notes to a specific week in your registers.   To do this go into the register and select the week you want to add the note to.  Click on the pencil symbol on the right and a text box will appear.  Type your note and press save.    
The note will then appear for that week.

We have plans to expand this feature in a future update to allow notes to be added for the entire term in one go. 

As well as absences, you could also use this note box to add details about pick up arrangements or to tell the teacher to remind them about unpaid fees.

Register notes can be added by account admin, financial and staff but not teachers.
