To send a statement of account to your customer, follow these simple steps:
1. Locate and open a member's profile by clicking on their name.
2. Click 'statement' in the top right-hand corner.
3. On the next page you will see the 'Statement of Account'.
Click the 'Send statement' button. This will generate, attach and send a PDF statement to that member.
