Enrolling students into classes

Add one or more students into a class.

Follow the steps below to add one or more students to a class. You can also watch the accompanying screen recording for a visual walkthrough of the process.

Step 1: Open the class

From the Classes/Terms Overview page, select the class you’d like to update. This will open the class details page.

Step 2: Open the Manage Students window

Click the Manage students button.

If the class does not yet have any students assigned, you’ll also see an Add students button — this opens the same update window.

Step 3: Add existing students

Click where it says Type here.

To add a student who is already saved in membermeister:

  • Start typing a few letters of their name.

  • Select their name from the dropdown list or press Enter on your keyboard.

The student will then be added to the class.

Step 4: Add a Brand new student

If the student is not yet in membermeister:

  • Click Create a new student.

  • Enter the required details and Click the white Save button.

Step 5: Save your changes

Once you have added all required students, click Save changes to save your changes. In most cases, the default option of applying changes to All lessons/sessions in this class will be the correct selection.
