Many teachers and instructors use membermeister for different businesses. This is fully supported but on some occasions, browsers will 'stick' to the account that they were first logged into. Usually this is a convenience, but sometimes it can cause issues. Here's a guide on how to easily work around this.

In order to efficiently log out of one membermeister account and into another please follow these instructions

  • Log out of the account you are logged into by clicking on your name in the top right and selecting 'Log out'

  • Now select the 'Log In' button in the top right corner by clicking on it. This will ensure you are reaching the correct login page.

You will notice that you are now logging in via the main, secure log in page.

You should navigate to this page every time you try to log in

Why can't I log in/why does it say 'incorrect password'?

The main reason people experience problems when logging out of one account and into another is that they don't navigate to the log in page after they log out.

This means although it says 'Logged out' of account 1 you are still sitting on the subdomain so it won't accept the log in details for account 2. (Don't log out and then try to log straight back in on the same page)

We hope this help article was useful but if you still need assistance just hit 'Get Support' within your membermeister account or send us an email to [email protected].
