Changing ownership of your membermeister account
If you wish to transfer your business over to a new owner it is quite straight forward with regards to your membermeister account.
We require written notification from you confirming the new owners:
Full name
Email address
Mobile number
The date they will take over the account.
We will contact the new owner to verify the details and work with them to set up a new Direct Debit mandate to take over the subscription to membermeister.
Granting the new owner access to your membermeister account
You will need to add the new owner to your membermeister account by following the steps in this article. Once the new owner has full admin access, they can revoke access for you and complete the take over.
Changing ownership of your GoCardless account
The process of transferring ownership of your GoCardless account requires some steps to be taken due to the fact that you have customers with payment agreements in place.
