Every payment or 'transaction' processed via GoCardless is subject to a transaction fee. The membermeister integration with GoCardless currently costs 0.8% per transaction plus Gocardless fees which can be found here - which is very low in comparison to some of our competitors! We do our upmost to ensure the integrations and features available to you via membermeister are valuable and cost effective.

Here are some short explanations on paying, viewing and keep track of your transaction fees:

Paying your transaction fees - no hassle, it's all done for you!

GoCardless will calculate and apply the transaction fee to the payment once it is in the status ‘confirmed’. This typically happens 1 working day after the payment has been collected from your customer (but this varies for each scheme).

The transaction fee is deducted at source, which means it is deducted from the payment before it is paid out to you. On the payout day you will receive the collected payment minus the transaction fee.

Viewing your fees - keep track of what you have paid and when!

Although transaction fees are not invoiced or charged separately, you are able to download a monthly invoice for your transaction fees.

You can request an invoice for your monthly GoCardless fees via the dashboard.

Just log into your GoCardless account, click onto the dashboard and then select 'Settings' then 'Company Info'. You then have the option to select a month at a time from the dropdown menu and you can save or print the invoices.
