We are excited to introduce our new feature that allows teachers to provide feedback to parents while in class with the student. With this feature, teachers can quickly and easily provide feedback to parents through our online register.

Here's how you can use this feature:

  1. Locate the class currently running on the Classes overview and click on the class title to go into that class. You'll then see the class register.

  2. Find the student whose parents you want to provide feedback to from the list of students.

  3. Click on the three vertical dots to the right of the student's name to access the feedback option.

  4. Select Send feedback from the menu. This will open a feedback dialogue box where you can type your feedback message.

  5. You can format the message by adjusting fonts and colours to make it more visually appealing.

  6. Once you are happy with your feedback message, click the Send feedback button to email it to the parents.

Teachers assigned to a class can access the register to provide feedback, as well as any staff member with access higher than teacher.

That's it! With this feature, providing feedback to parents while in class with the student has never been easier. If you have any questions or need assistance, please contact us for support.
