Adding images to messages

A guide on how to embed images directly into messages, rather than saving them as message attachments.

Written by Nathan

We're excited to announce that our upgraded messaging editor now allows you to embed image files directly into your email messages, making it easier than ever to share images with your customers. Here's how you can do it:

  1. Go to Messages tab > New message. Create your message as you usually would and select recipients.

  2. Clickthe blue add attachments link above the message box.

  3. Drag the image file you want to put into the message into the blue box, or click the blue box to select the image file you want to embed from your computer's file browser.

  4. Once you have selected your image file, you'll see it listed under Attached. Click insert to add it into the message body.

  5. If it's an image you've previously uploaded as an attachment before, you can select it by clicking Add a recently uploaded file, and clicking insert next to the image name.

That's it! By following these simple steps, you can easily embed image files directly into your email messages using our upgraded messaging editor.
