Customisations
Now the form is set up and live, you now have the option to:
- Customise the booking page with your business logo and name.
-Give classes on your timetable a custom name suitable for public view.
- Add short and long descriptions for each class.
- Upload images for each class to enhance the look and feel of your booking page.
To do this, click on the Classes link on the left-hand side of the booking page.
You will then see the list of classes currently published to the booking page. Find the class you want to configure, click the three vertical dots to the right of that class and select Configure.
The top two boxes of the Configure page will allow you to change any details previously set up when creating the booking form, including how the customer can book onto classes, whether they can do trials and class capacity.
If you are happy with the class and trial settings, scroll down to the Class details section.
Here you can set:
-A full Display title for the class.
-A short description.
-A long and detailed description with all the information the student will need to know before booking in for that class.
This section also provides you with a direct booking link for this specific class, should you wish to share a page to book a specific class rather than a link to all bookable classes.
At the bottom of the page you can upload up to four images for this class. To get started simply click Image 1, and navigate to the image file on your device. Click the remaining Image buttons should you wish to add more images.
When finished, click the green Update button in the top-right of the page.
Booking Notifications
Currently, the following notifications are sent automatically:
- Confirmation: Sent when someone books a class or trial.
- Reminders: For trials, a reminder is sent 24 hours before.
- Follow-up: After the trial, customers receive an email encouraging them to book.
You can expect more customisation options for email sequences soon. Notification emails can be previewed by going to the Classes tab and selecting Bookings.
From there you will see an option for Notifications.
Please let us know if you have any questions at all.
Many thanks,
Team membermeister.
