Thank you for choosing membermeister and welcome on board!
Our team are available to help make the transition as seamless and stress-free as possible.
If you follow our steps below you will get the maximum benefit from your trial period:
Step 1: Send us your company logo
Please send your company logo over to us via email. A JPEG image file is perfect. Your logo will be displayed on your online registration form, invoices, statements and lots more.
Step 2: Send us your timetable
You can send a picture of a poster, a link to the timetable on your website, a document or a PDF version of your timetable so we can get this set up and start to bring your account to life.
Step 3: Import your student data
We will cleanse and de-duplicate your students/members data and import it into your account without you having to lift a finger. However, it's important that you don't send private/sensitive data to us via email. You will receive some automated emails with instructions on how to send your data to us, or if you're ready to do that now just refer to this help article π
Step 4: Customise your online registration form
Log into your account and hover your mouse over the small arrow, next to your name in the top right hand corner, then select 'Account Settings'. Scroll down to the 'online registration form' section where you will see a link to our standard form. This can be fully customised, we can add additional questions, drop down options and text boxes, just follow the instructions in the guide below to advise us of your changes
What to do if you need help:
We offer free and unlimited UK based customer support so don't worry. There will be questions that come up and you might need some guidance from a real human being. You can hit 'Get support' within your membermeister account at any time or just send an email to [email protected] and a member of our team will get back to you quickly.
