This help article will walk you through the first steps in setting up and configuring your membermeister account.

We are so happy to have you on board! Please follow the steps in this guide so that we can assist you in setting up and configuring your new membermeister account to work seamlessly for your business.

Step 1: Send us your company logo

You can send us an email with your logo attached so we can add it to your new account. It will be displayed on your online registration form, invoices, statements and lots more. Just reply to the welcome email we sent you.

Step 2: Send us your timetable

You can send a picture of a poster, a link to the timetable on your website, a document or a PDF version of your timetable so we can get this set up and start to bring your account to life. You can also send this via email to us.

Step 3: Free data import

We will cleanse and de-duplicate your students/members data and import it into your account without you having to lift a finger. You will receive some emails about this, please follow the instructions in order to submit your data - in a private and secure way. Step 4: Customise your online registration form

Log into your account and hover your mouse over the small arrow, next to your name in the top right hand corner, then select 'Account Settings'. Scroll down to the 'online registration form' section where you will see a link. Click this to open the standard template and view your form.

The link will never change so feel free to copy and paste it onto your website/emails and social media pages and start optimising the way you manage new sign ups!
