Who is eligible?
This feature is available to you if:
Collect Online payments through Stripe or GoCardless (or both) using your membermeister account.
If SMS messaging enabled in your account settings.
How do I use this feature?
Navigate to Invoices tab > Overview.
Select one or more overdue invoices by clicking on the checkbox to the left of the invoice number.
Click Remind above the list of invoices.
Choose a tab:
Email reminder: Send a traditional email reminder, which can be customised.
SMS reminder: Send a free SMS reminder (available for overdue invoices only).
Both: Send both an email and an SMS reminder for maximum impact.
Review and click Send!

SMS Messaging
To set up SMS messaging, please follow this handy guide. While you are able to send paid SMS messages separate to the invoice reminders feature, you are under no obligation to do so, and don't need to buy SMS credits to send free SMS invoice reminders.
